February 11th 11 Guam/Pohnpei/Chuuk Part 2
At the airport in Pohnpei.
We went through immigration and customs so many times on this trip!
Boats in the harbor with the beautiful cliff behind - fabulous!
Nature is so beautiful - man seems to spoil it!

A little home/shop where I bought one of these comfortable mu mu type dresses - made by local women.
Coconuts ...
Huge leaves ...
Homes ....

Rulon and coconut ...
Curly lace edged leaves ...
Hammock ...
Old cars - nowhere to put them ...
Chickens ...
Apparently a real problem - we watched people open the doors of their cars and spit out brown liquid!
Our hotel - looks OK but in disrepair!

A beautiful little church ...
Bananas ...
OK - not Walmart but same name!
The OUTSIDE of our hotel window - a gecko and a moth. Inside were ants and who know what else!

I guess Superbowl Sunday is actually Superbowl Monday for you. Maybe Kellie would let me watch it if we lived there. :-)
Beautiful pictures. Thanks for sharing with us. Not quite as beautiful, of course, as Green River, Wyoming -- but beautiful in its own way. :-) Sad to see how much poverty there is around the world though.
